Headlamp upgrades with Bi-led, Laser, and Bi-Xenon projector lights have become quite popular nowadays. Most cars either come with poor-quality projector headlights or poor-quality LED reflector-based headlights. Car manufacturers too, are limited by global regulations, and local traffic rules. They also don’t invest highly in the quality of materials just to achieve a feature on paper that they can deliver with their car. However, because of these limitations and the chaotic nature of Indian roads, car manufacturers are unable to deliver adequate safety with sufficient light output.

We solve this problem, by installing various lighting upgrades like LED bulbs, LED & Laser Projector lights, Mini projector array lights, focus auxiliary lights, etc. We have been installing from 3 to 4 cars every day from our Bangalore outlet nowadays. Projector lamps come mainly factory installed in some mid-segment and premium cars. Due to the Lens Light Beam cut off the lighting does not glare on to oncoming traffic, and as per need can provide a strong high beam for better visibility. Projector lamps we install mainly have LED/Laser chip sets or HID / Xenon bulbs which consume as low as 35 to 75 Watts (lower than original) and produce 3 to 6 times more light than original LED array chip sets or 60/55 watt Halogen bulbs.

We use all plug-and-play harness/wiring kits to integrate them into almost any car’s headlamps, without cutting any original car wires and hence not losing the wiring warranty on the car. The only permanent modification is the original headlamp housing which has to be dismantled and custom installation has to be done for the new projectors.

In some cases, we blacken the inside chrome bezels with custom Daytime running lights (DRLs) to give the car an enhanced look. People can choose between an OEM-type simple look or a custom-painted sporty look.

One important thing to note is that most dealers installing projectors in India are selling cheap Chinese options which only look good, but don’t add any value to visibility.
In most cases, they are cheaper and less bright than the original lamps. This defeats the purpose of spending any money on them.
Other workshop technicians we have observed, are not professionally trained and they don’t follow best practices, which take more time to execute. There is mostly no testing procedure or even understanding of existing technologies like Canbus codes, or power draw limitations.
